The imperative contribution is shown in the story when he sees the Ejits,or clones,being treated like slaves.I know this because it is said in the book,"He would tell them when to rest,when to drink water,and when to start work again."This event results in him wanting to change the country on ho they treat clones.He wanted to make it so that the clones where set free and let them work when they want and eat when they want.
